Attend in Person or Online

For online attendees only: In order to join the AGM virtually, you will need to register (see form below) and confirm your identity. To do this, you will be asked to provide the following details:

• Your Name
• Your Member Number
• Your Contact Mobile Number
• Your Email Address (the email address you use to join the AGM should be a personal email address and not a general email address e.g. info@company.ie)

Registration deadline: 5pm, Wednesday 21st January 2026

In-person attendees: No registration required – simply arrive on the evening with your Photo ID.

When you successfully register for the AGM, you will be sent a Zoom link on the day before the AGM date (Sunday 25th January 2026).

The Zoom link is a simple 'one click' link and you do not need to download additional software. The Zoom link will work on your:

• Desktop computer
• Laptop
• Tablet
• Mobile phone

If you do not have access to any of the above, there is also a phone number on the Zoom link, which you can dial from a landline phone to just listen in to the AGM, should you wish to.

You will also receive links to additional documentation, such as the Annual Report, Minutes, and Standing Orders in an email from Heritage Credit Union in advance of the AGM date.

To join the AGM on the evening of Monday 26th January, click the Zoom link. You will be admitted to the waiting room whilst you wait for the AGM to commence.

Please join from 6:30 PM onwards – this early login helps with the process of verifying members' identities and admitting them to the AGM. In advance of the starting time of 7:00 PM, you will see some slides with useful information.

When you are admitted to the virtual AGM, Heritage Credit Union officers will be on screen and will start the proceedings.

During the Meeting:

• Audio & Video: To allow for the smooth running of the AGM, all non-presenting participants will be muted and have their cameras switched off for the duration of the meeting.
• Questions: Members may submit questions via the Zoom Q&A function, and these will be addressed during the AGM or followed up with the member as soon as possible after the AGM.
• Voting: Voting will take place online via the Zoom platform. The ballot papers will appear on the screen at the appropriate times – the Chair of the meeting will draw your attention to this when required. You will simply select your option(s) and vote on the screen. The voting is anonymous and conducted by secret ballot.

Once the AGM ends, you will be disconnected automatically.
