We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused person to join our branch network as a Member Service Adviser. No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role helping members with their everyday banking needs.
What You’ll Do
· Support members at the counter and across phone, email, and online channels
· Process transactions including lodgements, withdrawals, and loan repayments
· Deliver excellent member service with a “right first time” approach
· Promote Credit Union products and services
· Work as part of a supportive and dynamic team
What We’re Looking For
· Great people and communication skills
· Strong customer service experience with a professional and courteous phone manner
· Good IT and organisational skills
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· An interest in financial services or the Credit Union movement
Credit Union or finance experience is a bonus - but not essential. Full training and support for qualifications will be provided.
