There isn't a single price for student accommodation in Ireland. Costs vary considerably between cities and towns and according to the type of accommodation available. According to a recent study, the average annual cost of purpose‑built student accommodation at €7,605, while rented accommodation now averages €8,939 annually.
When comparing your options, look beyond the headline rent:
