Changes to Opening Hours
Important Changes to Branch Opening Hours
At Heritage Credit Union, our commitment has always been to provide you with the best possible service while ensuring our operations remain sustainable for the future. As part of this ongoing commitment, from Monday, 2nd June 2025, we will be adjusting the opening hours of five of our branches.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, and we want to assure you that these adjustments are being made with careful consideration to best serve our members. Our goal is to balance the increasing demand for digital services with the continued need for face-to-face banking.
What’s Changing?
Effective from Monday, 2nd June 2025, the following branches will have updated opening hours:
ℹ️ Additional Information:
- All listed branches close for lunch from 1pm to 1:45pm, Monday to Friday.
- Branches marked with *** will be closed on Saturdays of a Bank Holiday weekend.
- All other branches will continue with their current schedules.
Why Are We Making This Change?
Our members’ needs are evolving, and so are we. With more and more members embracing digital banking, we are adapting our branch services to reflect this shift while ensuring we maintain essential in-person support where it matters most. These changes allow us to continue providing efficient, sustainable, and accessible services for everyone.
